 We are, at present, trialling and testing all our industrial/commercial based recipes in a domestic situation, using only the equipment available to the home baker. All finished products will have been made on this bases and baked in a domestic oven. At present  we are using  a Zanussi forced air convection (fan) oven. This is not a recommendation by us it , it just happens to be the oven available at this time. Other ovens,as they say, are available which are no doubt just as good or even better.
